    *Yawn*

Fatigue is really knocking me about.

    I'm getting a good 9 hours sleep a night.

I wake up feeling ok but by 9 I'm rat poo.

Just sleep or rest when you can. My first trimester knocked me for six & I just had to listen to my body and take it easy where I could

    Iron levels ok? Thyroid ok?

Other than that rest when you can, get some fresh air in the mornings.

I have a nanna nap with DH gets home at 6pm, get up about 7pm for dinner and normally asleep back on the couch by 8:30pm. Up at 5:30am with the boys.

I'd love to sleep but that little voice in my head won't have it.

Plus it's not like I'm tired. It's just like having this huge thick cloud hovering over you.

I'm gonna see my GP tomorrow to get my iron levels checked as I've gone off red meat and am not taking any supplements.

Thanks for the support and advice ladies
