    Fish oil questions

Where do you get fish oil from (the stuff stored in the fridge? I want to get some for ds1 to help his skin (ezcema) but have no idea where to buy it.

And what should I try to get ds1 to have with it? Is mixing it with yoghurt a good idea?

When giving ds1 some would an avocado sandwich be better than yoghurt?

Only just saw this. I'd just give it any way he'll take it! If a sandwich or yoghurt works then go for it. Depends if/how it's flavoured I guess. We have lemon flavoured fish oil and I shoot it in my son's mouth with a syringe. But he wont eat anything I try and disguise it in so he just has to suffer it! He used to hate it but he takes it fine now days. I always give him a piece of apple to eat straight after- he holds it in his hand ready to go

You can get Melrose Fish Oil in a bottle from chemists. Does he eat cereal? Mix it in with weetbix etc?

Found some at a chemist and am syringing at tea time (it's a lemon flavoured one).

Cereal is tricky as we have muesli type ones with juice instead of milk; or we have yoghurt.

Go krill oil if you can. A bit more exxy but you need a smaller amount (hence smaller capsules) and they are top feeders not bottom, so less baddies in them.
