    total overshare....

can you get vaginal hemmoroids? I currently have been sick with a really chesty cough for about 5days now.
I have also been feeling very swollen down there for the same amount of time roughly. I thought it was just my severe thrush playing up but I finally got a mirror tonight n there is like a big swollen ball protuding out of my vagina with a bit of fingertip pressure applied. not painful tho, just uncomfortable.

You can certainly get varicose veins in your vagina, but it could also be an infection or a reaction to thrush, or even just a normal amount of swelling from pregnancy. The best thing to do would be to visit your GP and ask for an examination so you can determine what you are dealing with.

I had a ball like that on 1 side.
It was a gland not working properly.
Sometimes they go away. Mine did but then came back and was painful to sit so had it drained or removed. It can be done under a local if its not too big ir a general if its a big 1 or an old 1 -had it a long time.

definitley worth getting it checked - there are so many variables - better to get GP to look at it and let you know what it is. i've read of peeps with varicose veins, i've had nasty swelling (but no real symptoms) with thrush, and i've also had a bartholins abcess (gland that got blocked, got infected, and swelled to the size of a golf ball).

that part of your anatomy isn't somewhere you don't want to guess or get an internet diagnosis lol

I got varicose vein with dd1 pg (which has never completely gone away!) and it doesn't really sound the same, could be though. It may be a prolapse of somekind because of being heavily pg... On the other hand could just be swollen?? So I guess like the others I'd say if its causing discomfort see gp. Hope you get it sorted soon
