    Question Cracking/clunking feeling in pelvis

I feel really weird asking about this..

Last night i was laying in bed and needed to tend to DS when i went to get up my pelvis made this sort of cracking/clunking noise that i felt, i had been having quite of discomfort down there and it did feel better instantly i wasnt sore anymore but it seems to keep happening when im laying down then get back up.

Any ideas of what it is?

Pelvic instability? I get this still from time to time - I had SPD during pregnancy and its still not back to normal down there.

Same thing happens to me. I have pelvic instability.
I see an Osteo for it, she works wonders! Maybe go & see someone like that and get it checked out. You might just need a bit of an adjustment. Those little bubbas cause things to change a lot down there! I'm off tomorrow for my postnatal appointment!

I just did a bit of a google search and i have almost every symptom of SPD and i mentioned them all at my antenatal appointments and everytime i saw an OB and not one of them explained to me what it was or offered me any physio. Even when pregnant with my DD.

Feeling like the hip is out of place or has to pop into place before walking
That is something i have almost all the time, since my horse riding accident especially which i have complained about since i was 17.

Hmm, will ask for a referral at my check up.
