Cookies or biscuits of some variety? You could chop up the cooking chocolate and make choc chip cookies. I suggest that cause I just made a double batch the other night
I make custard with sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla or cocoa and milk. I make mine in a thermomix.
About 80g sugar, 30 g cornflour, vanilla essence, 4 eggs and about 400g milk. Makes a good consistency for custard to fill profiteroles. You'd have to look up a recipe.
