how much and exactly what you eat during pregnancy.
I am pretty unhappy what I am eating in pregnancy.if i eat chicken i can't tolerate the site of it for weeks. same is for red meat and eggs.
just eating carbs, rice, vegies ( the way I cook I believe nothing nutritious left in them) trying to remain away from sugary stuff.so far have gained 5 kilos
and I am in 22 weeks. If i kept eating carbs I don't know where would be my weight heading.
I need a little guide line to get my self on track.
if you guys eat eggs for breakfast; do u eat couple of eggs?
or if u eat lamb for lunch how much is enough ( is that new mini lamb wrap of Maccs which i think was a decent quantity is enough? for lunch)
I need a realistic guideline i don't want to deprive my baby and myself and follow the last pregnancies eating disorders.
Look up the Brewer pregnancy diet and adapt it to you. I try to eat a lot of protein and animal fats during pregnancy to help with bub's development.
I also stay away from junk food. Who knows what sort of chemicals are used to preserve things like McDonald's burgers. I won't put that rubbish in my system.
5kg at 22 weeks is great! Unless you're worried you should have gained more? I've gained nearly double that this pregnancy (9kg at 26 weeks) and I haven't been eating more junk or even more food than normal. Sometimes our bodies just do what they need to do. I agree with checking out the Brewer diet though.
