Our DD is Tiah so I wanted to avoid a T name. Also our surname starts with a B, so would also like to avoid a B name.

We cannot agree on ANYTHING.

DP wants Jack, but a close family members son is a Jack and I am not a fan of giving the same name

I want Elliot or Max. DP is adamant Elliot is out and isn't too keen on Max.

Throw some names at me ladies! I am getting panicked he will be called "brudder boy" because that is the only suggestion DD has!!!

Do you like Jack? If so, maybe you could call him Jackson or Jaxon to differentiate from your family member.
