The first two options sound very appropriate, depending on the weather and what you are most comfortable in i would wear that.

OK, Interviewing People, give me your feedback!
What do you expect people to wear to an interview? I wish to appear serious, professional and capable of more than the job, wishing to do more in time (and be paid for it).
Black trouser suit, black boots and smart blouse (or blouse/tanktop combo)? Or is that too boring?
Smart skirt, jacket and blouse/blouse top, but not suit?
Blouse, skirt and accessories?
Pretty shoes or functional boots? Flats or heels?
HELP! I have no idea what to wear! So I know first impressions count, what do you want to see potential employees wearing?
(Job is for cover supervisor at a school: I would like some teaching hours too if possible.)

I dress conservatively for interviews. Always a suit, no matter the job. I don't want them concentrating on what I'm wearing instead of what I'm saying, so looking professional but generic means a suit works best.
And to me, as the interviewer, it shows you mean to impress, and that's something that counts in your favour, if you ask me.
I like candidates to be wearing something that they are comfortable in. If you are a suit person, wear a suit. But even if you don't wear a suit, wear corporate dress attire, (I am a large built, don't do suits, but have always worn corporate skirts and tops for interviews). I also don't expect a lady to be in heels unless she is comfortable in them..
Good luck in your interview!
Oh and DMB reminded me about shoes. I wear heels (3 -4 inches) because my pants are cut for that length. I hardly ever wear flats to work, anyway. Wear whatever you would wear to work.
I usually wear pants and a shirt/top with small heels or ballet flats (am a teacher too) I don't generally wear heels so would look silly and wouldn't be able to walk in them which would be a giveawayI don't own a suit jacket so in cooler weather would be a cardigan and in summer a nice with short or tee sleeves.
I prefer heels, so will probably go with that. And my suit looks great and feels great, despite the fact it is 10 years old now.
So what to wear with the suit? It is black so pastel colours are out. Blouse/blouse and tie/blousey-top.
And coloured shoes or black?
I wear black shoes with a black suit. And pastels are fine under a black suit I think. A blouse is fine. I don't necessarily wear a shirt type blouse under a suit as I think it looks harsh. Anything neutral coloured should be fine.
