Replacing Elastic & Velcro on BumGenius

Hi

Has anyone done this? I have 16 BG's that after 2 years of use need a velcro & elastic facelift before bubs no. 2 arrives

BG have a refresher kit you can buy - has anyone use these or am I just better (& cheaper) off to buy some velcro & elastic myself? The actual sewing bit is no issue as I have someone who will do this for me.

I have done it plenty of times.. not used their kit but i have always used elastic and velcro from MCN supply websites.. not all elastic and velcro is created equal.

Thanks amber, will look into the mcn suppliers. I had a feeling not all were made equal and what could start out seeming cost effective could be more of a PIA
