    Pimples!!

Is there a reason that whenever I use any anti pimple product or even just soap on my face my pimples get worse?? Is there something easy cheap and not heavy duty that might work?

Definitely stay away from the fried dies. Hate them myself. Could you try not using anything except a face washer? Or else try something completely natural and organic like coconut oil, or Moo Goo products - they have an oil cleanser which sounds odd but is apparently really good. I wouldn't be using soap as it's too harsh - I use a cleanser that is called Yes to Carrots but I have fairly dry skin.

Most pimple treatments work by drying the skin. In many cases the body tries to rebalance the skin by producing more oil, that the only way your skin can try and rectify it's dryness. Make sure you are drinking lots of water to help hydrate your skin. Some foods do contribute to pimples however most of the time it's hormonal

It is so bad time when there are many pimples on the face. It should be prevented with due to some treatments you should wash you face 6 to 7 time in a day with chemical free soap and avoid to eat those food that are the reason of pimples such as fried dies.
Yes, those fried dies will get you every time. Was that a typo - fried dice? (Die being the SINGLUAR of dice, not the plural.) Sounds less healthy than a fried mars bar.

I use witch hazel, alcohol and tea tree oil on my spots. I only was with water too, and once a day. The more washing I do, the more my skin is stripped of its protection from spots and the worse I get.

Watch your moisturisers as well: some of them really flare up my skin.

Oh yeah, I understand thin apples are good too.

Fried RICE? Fried dies still makes no sense, who eats dice, or thin dice? Dice are thin? or are Dies Thin?

OP there is a great site called Nourished Life - she stocks lots of natural chem free things. Worth a look.
