this is so funny, I was just about to come post something nearly identical to this. I have had restless legs since 6wks. Over the last 5 days it has gotten worse in my left lower leg. I find that my leg goes numb and i clench it up and flex my calf muscle and curl my toes. I have been taking magnesium for the restless legs. Will be asking my doctor tomorrow about it though.

) I had to get up and pace the room in the middle of the night on most nights. Magnesium helped and also stretching just before bed. For the love of god, don't flex your foot backwards...I did that once and the calf completely seized up
