Is it normal to feel sick one moment and famished the next?

I'll be exactly 7 weeks tomorrow and MS has well and truly kicked in for me now. I'm wondering though is it normal to feel really ill with MS in the morning for example and then for the rest of the day to feel absolutely famished and having to eat constantly because my stomach keeps growling? I feel like it doesn't matter how much I eat during the course of the day I'm just always feeling hungry.

Yep. I either couldn't even look at food, or I could eat for Australia. My level of sickness had absolutely nothing to do with it.

I had meat for the first time in a week last night. The thought of it just made me want to heave but I was soooo hungry so I managed it and omg I felt much better after it. I went the rest of the night without my stomach growling. My stomach didn't like that this morning however...

Is it normal to feel sick one moment and famished the next?

I can eat a big breakfast medium lunch and then no dinner, or a few crackers. M/s for me has been at night.
I want to eat everything, I crave foods (did that before being preg though) but now I get them or just about to eat - right on cue, m/s kicks in!
    Oh the joys!

yep, normal! and it doesn't matter WHAT you eat or NOT eat really..! Hope it eases sooner rather than later for you. My nausea has eased now to just a little gag or two in the morning until i eat breakie!.. then it's relatively OK during the day if i keep food up!
