banana loaf/cake

=) hi!

My folks are coming down tomorrow for the weekend, and Spock and I have nothing to do today, and I have 3 over ripe bananas sitting here going yucky.

so hit me with your best (and preferably easiest) banana loaf/cake recipies please!!

I did google, but as my cooking only ever involves baking, and my baking only ever involves a box. I don't know what makes a good recipe =)

so anything you have would be great. otherwise I'm just going to use the first one google suggested and hope for the best =P

TT check out the banana recipe thread. It has several recipes for banana cake/bread. I highly recommend the one that Onyx posted.
