Aromababy barrier cream - safe for MCNs or do I need to use a liner?

I love this, and Miss A's cute little tooshie seems to like it too. So far I've been using liners but I think she's starting to have a bit of a reaction to them.

Can I ditch the liners with this cream, or do I need to find an alternative - either cream or liner.

If so, which one/s

Thanks lovelies. I've had a bit of a splurge on new nappies now that she's out of newborn size and I'd hate to wreck 'em.

Is that the oily sorta based one? If so I used it with no problems hun! It's all water soluble, if it's the see thoughish one.
