yeah ummmmmm how about i support and help you from this side of my computer![]()
One of DH snakes just layed eggs, I am guessing about a dozen. We incubate all eggs so we can control the temp and humidity. Now it takes two people to get the eggs because the eggs have to stay the way they are layed. This female is not letting go easily and she is now rather cranky at me (don't blame her).
So I am leaving her be for tonight and will figure something out tomorrow. I am guessing I will need to call for some help, Any volunteers?
There is also another female that I am guessing will lay in the next week and I will have to do it all again. I don't mind giving them water (well all but 2 of them) and checking on them but I did not sign up for eggs. He was away when the last lot of eggs hatched and I had to deal with that too. The timing is never on my side.

No volunteering here. Icky yucky snakes BLEH! You have my sympathy. I wouldn't even live in a house with pet snakes in it LOL!
DS17 would be over to help you in a flash if we were close by.
Regards,
Dianne
What kind of snakes are they?
I'll cheer for you from here... Good luck!
I wish I hadn't read that. I'm so very, very thankful that no photos were posted.
Thanks girls, the moral support from afar is the most common type of help offered. I have rang a mate of DH and he will come help me tomorrow.
LS, they are Stimson Pythons, member of the Childrens python family. They are not big snakes luckily, about 3.5ft.
Onxy, are you sure, I took a photo to send to DH, I could post in for you![]()
Yep, good luck with that![]()
I've already told DS if he ever plans on going away he'll also have to plan on taking his python with him.
Regards,
Dianne
