Do kegel exercises really work to make you tighter?

    Hi girls
After baby number two sex was really good for a while and everything felt ok. Lately I have been feeling like I'm not as tight down stairs. I don't know if I am or I'm just being paranoid. I have a large partner and he says it feels different but not loose but I can't help but feel something isn't right. I don't really feel him sometimes.

I don't know if maybe his erection isn't as hard as usual or I'm looser.

I practise kegel exercises and I can stop my wee midstream. I have seen kegel exercise balls etc and I'm thinking of trying them.

Have you noticed a difference after doing exercises or using kegel aids.

They dont make your vagina "tighter", they can, in some instances, improve your pelvic floor muscles.

If you aren't feeling sensation the problem could be related to the nerve endings. I think they can do scans of some sort to check for pinched nerves etc but they are quite expensive so your Dr might not feel that it is warranted.

I am feeling sensation but I don't feel what I used to feel. My partner is well endowed and I feel I should feel more than I do.
I was under the impression kegel exercises helped the pelvic floor and to tighten vaginal muscles. I would assume the kegel aids would help tighten the muscles.

They help tighten the muscles of the pelvic floor, not the vagina.

Yoga and squats can help tone up the muscles down there. Horse riding too.
