    'No-bake' baking?

So as the title suggests I'm after some baking inspiration that requires no baking haha!
Specifically I'm in the west and its just to darn stinking hot to even contemplate turning my oven on... So what are your favorite sweet things to make without an oven and preferably minimal or no stove usage?? TIA

Cherry ripe balls - they're in another thread that recently had a workout for Christmas
Jelly slice is nice - don't have easy access to a recipe though, sorry.

Get out your beaters.. Beat a cup of cream, chuck in loads of Nutella, put in fridge, enjoy your chocolate mousse

Google no bake slices and there are alot to choose from.

If you have freezer room do a few, then freeze with a few in each container to give variety later. I put grease or wax paper between each layer

    Cheesecake Slice/truffles
    Tiramisu
My all time fave "Just like Reeses Cups" PB Slice
    Microwavable Fudge
    Microwavable Salted Caramels
    Banoffee Pie
    Grasshopper Pie
    Snickers Ice Cream Pie
    Coconut Cream Pie
    Banana Cream Pie
Pineapple Cream Pie (For all these pies blitz your favourite biscuits with butter in a food processed. Then press into pie dish and refridgerate. I often use Oreos, Anzac biscuits, Granitas or Marie, depending on the flavour you want or the texture. You can even mix biscuits)
No bake hazelnut slice (recipe is here somewhere)
    No bake lemon slice
Freezable Mouse Cake Aka Parfait Cake (You can make different flavoured mouses and layer)

Thanks for all the yummy ideas! I've ended up just making coconut ice for now. Don't have any cream atm so many are out for today unless I experiment with evaporated milk, Philly or plain yoghurt. I will no doubt be coming back for more inspiration during these summer days. Probably should try find the energy to make something nice for dessert tonight but I've got children up from naps now so not sure if ill bother today

PS don't have a microwave forgot to mention that

Oh yum! Unfortunately I have nothing 'naughty' like that at home right now or else I may not bother making anything haha and I went to town yesterday so won't be heading in again until at least Thursday. Might have to make a list of the few things I need to make extra nice stuff
