All of mine have favoured ways to sleep. You can see when they are here what they would get up to inside. I always found this interesting.
Ds1 lay on his back till 38 weeks. Ds2 lay with his head to the left most of the time. Dd was weird and preferred up or down not across.
All my scans have said posterior placenta. When I had gender scan done and they switched it to 4d, you could see bub up against the placenta, which was more to the right side as well. Maybe it's a good pillow!!
With both of my babies I have felt bum in my ribs on the right and legs kicking the other side. My ds favours one side for sleeping now and I was told by the paediatrician that they often find a favourite way of sleeping in the womb and that's why.
