Bloods done exactly at 5weeks... HCG 19!

Repeat bloods done today to confirm but this means mm/c doesn't it? No bleeding, lots of cramps.

Do you know exactly when you ovulated/conception was?

I'd give it a couple of days and see if it doubles

Two days ago was first test, today my second. Will get results tomorrow or Saturday.
O day 24 days ago

could the HCG be lingering for your other recent mc last month? I have read that it can take awhile for it to completely disappear

Dampry I had results of 14 with my first blood test at 5weeks and even though it went up for another week it was never what it should have been and unfortunately ended in m/c at 6weeks. I to had a lot of cramps but I had bleeds as well so hopefully your lack of any bleeding is a good sign.
We did ivf so we knew exact dates. Is there a chance you ovulated a bit later?
In saying that I read some stories of where it went onto a successful pregnancy. I hope your next blood test brings you a huge jump and everything is ok. Xo

Even tho you know ov date maybe it just took a little longer to implant. There's been a few others around with low initial hcg results lately so maybe for a little extra encouraging reading check out those threads. Mine was only 18 at 16 dpo, I was sure I would miscarry, but now have a wriggly 13 week gest. Bub growing nicely. Fingers crossed for you!

HCG 76 so doubling every 24hrs exactly. 19x2=38 and 38x2=76. Seems fine apart from once again having dates that match when my AF was due as conception dates

Had more bloods done today but not sure what they were for and urine sample (guessing sti check due to my area) and will be getting a u/s at between 12 and 14 weeks with the ob that seen to both my boys. I'm actually a lil, no, a lot surprised that it is doubling every 24hrs. None of my others have ever done this. I am pleased though as it has a higher chance. Maybe it will even be a smooth pregnancy. I will not be talking about my pregnancy outside of BB though even after 14 weeks. I might post bb only pics on a certain social networking site I use (not sure if allowed to name them anymore) but that is it.

With the other bloods, it's standard everywhere to do a range of sti/std tests. Plus rubella and a few other nasties that need extra treatment if found so bubs can be safe
