By my calculations my period isn't due for a week and it been about a week since my fertile days. Now I just got a bit of brown spotting. It seems too early for my period to arrive. What the?

Yeah, there is a small chance of that. I've never had that happen before though. I am not sure if that would be something that I am hoping for at the moment though. Eeeep!! I do feel a little crampy like before AF arrives too. It's quite odd.

So is the implantation bleed a one off thing? I had some more brownish cm when I wiped today. So one time yesterday and one time today.

It doesn't neccessarily have to be a one off thing, some people get it over a couple of days

I got it on and off for a week this pg, and not just brown blood but pink too.

Ok, third day in a row with a single episode of brownish cm. I am thinking a hpt might be in order. I should probably wait another day though I guess. I'm 4 days away from expected AF now. Maybe it's just AF being a slow starter this month.

Could it be from DTD? Sometimes I get streaks if my cervix has taken a knock from DTD.
Although I will cross my fingers for you if it's a desired implantation bleed

No hadn't dtd close to the time of spotting.

AF showed up yesterday about 4 days earlier than expected. It was quite heavy too and today it's almost stopped already. I have never had odd cycles before. I might have to see a Gp and have a chat.

Yep all is ok. I did have the 1 day period and then further spotting for a few more days. I saw GP for hormone test and all is fine. She said not to worry. I just have never had odd cycles before. Oh well. Thanks for listening! :-)
