    Mini Pill and milk supply?

Just wanting some experiences from ladies who have been on the mini pill while breastfeeding. I've heard that it can decrease milk supply, has anyone experienced this?
I'm not a fan of hormonal contraceptives but there's not much else besides condoms or surgery.

    Mini Pill and milk supply?

Ive heard someone go on the mirena (I think it was) and lose their milk supply. Im doing natural fertility management but DP is going to have the snip soon.

    Mini Pill and milk supply?

I was on the mini pill and successfully BF DS without supply issues, but I do recall I had issues with migraines

I've been back on the full pill for 3 weeks and so far no ill-effects to my supply. DD is 2 though.

Ive never had supply issues whilst on the mini pill. This time round I have taken the mini pill since pretty much dd3 was born, and havent had an issue with it. xo

Re: Mini Pill and milk supply?

I've been on the mini pill whilst bfing dd since she was about 2 months old and she'll be 1 at the end of the month - no supply issues as far as I can tell. I also fed ds till he was 20 months and.was on the mini pill for the majority of the time too.

I've been on it since DS was 6 weeks, he's still exclusively breastfed at almost 6 months old.
