Bugaboo bee newborn insert

Hello! Just wondering if anyone has used a bugabooo bee plus from newborn? Particularly in hot weather??

We have this pram and I love it, but I got it when DS was 1 and now am wondering how good it will be for newborn. I was pregnant last year and it would have been due in April and I was going to get the newborn cocoon but unfortunately I lost it and am now (very very early) pregnant with a Nov/Dec due baby. Will the cocoon just be too hot? I'm not sure I'm happy to go without anything but I don't want to buy another pram just for newborn stage. There is a "light" cocoon for hot weather but it still looks pretty cosy and sweaty!!

Probably overthinking this but I guess part of enjoying being pregnant is dreaming about the pram!! (Well me anyway!)

I'm not sure where you are. I'm in Melb and while it gets hot here in summer it's not that hot all the time. My son Was born end of Nov and I used our cocoon all summer. If it was very hot I would just leave the too unzipped most of the way. I like that the sides keep them secure.

Thanks for replying! I'm in Perth so it can get pretty hot, but I guess not as hot as it could be elsewhere! I think I'm going to get the light coccon in an off white so hopefully won't get too hot!
