pregnancy acne.. products or remedies ?..

I have pretty feral skin at the moment, not even just on my face, my neck and shoulders too.. It's hormone related im sure because I have pretty clear skin normally..

What can I use/do? I've briefly googled it but am at work and this is much easier :-) gotta love BB!
Any tips or advice would be awesome!

Hmm if you're sure it's hormonal, I doubt there is much you can do.

That's not too say you can try and do things externally.

    Natural products are best obviously.

I buy Gourmet Goats Milk Soap from a place called Platypus Dreams.. They make a soap called Clarify which is great for 'problematic' skin.

It's seriously the bomb! You're skin feels so nice after using it. And it's safe for the face

Increase your water intake if you already haven't

Witch hazel worked well for me during pregnancy. Keep everything else as simple as you can.

Wash your face with honey morning and night ...
Every couple of days rub honey and lemon on your face and every other couple of days exfoliate with bi carb soda ..
You can also use apple cider vinegar as a toner at night .

All natural and this is my routine as I have had awful skin this pregnancy and it cleared it straight up and it stays that way

I use coconut oil all over my body including my face. The nice thing about coconut oil is that it is all natural, has been shown to prevent wrinkles, stretch marks and brown spots. But the best part is that it has a natural anti-bacterial action that makes it great for acne and can even be used as a deodorant. It has no scent ether so it won't interfere with other scents you might like to apply.

I second washing your face with honey. I started doing this recently and I cannot believe the difference it has made to my skin. I use a food-grade manuka honey in a squeezie bottle. I find it works best when I apply it to dry skin.

Coconut oil as moisturiser is fab too.
