    Removing mousse

Is there a specific product to remove mousse from my hair? I haven't used mousse for just over a week now, washed my hair at least 20 times since (i have to wash it daily) and the top of my head looks like stiff oil. I have to chuck it in a pony & disguise it because it looks so disgusting.

I've tried bi carb mixed in with shampoo, put vinegar on it to make it fizz, I've used cans if soda but nothing works.

Any recommendations or tips? It's driving me mental!

Have you tried soap. We used to use soap years ago to get rid of hairspray build up

    Removing mousse

Clarifying shampoo is supposed to get rid of build up. Sounds like some heavy duty mousse.

    Thanks.

Thought I'd update: after washing my hair twice for 5 nights with a detoxifying shampoo & using an overnight treatment each night it's almost gone. Thankfully!!
