    Morning sickness at 22wks

I'm 22wks tomorrow. I have been sick for about a month with ear infections, chest infections etc. I'm on my 3rd lot of antibiotics. Today I woke feeling really sick and have been. I can't look at food at all... can't even think about food. Hubby made me have toast this morning and I lost it... anyway... just wondering, is it normal to get morning sickness at 22wks? I haven't had it at all this pregnancy.

Not sure about it as a new thing, but I had m/s until 34 weeks with DS1, and was still chucking the morning of my c/s with DS2.

    Sorry!

But it was throughout - from about 4 nanoseconds after conception, both times.

Yeah I haven't heard of people starting to get it so late with both DSs I was sick everyday up until they were born but really only in the morning, this pg it comes and goes all day but I notice it mainly when I'm hungry! Hopefully is just a once off for you

I know with HG it is possible for it to come and go. I was sick up until 18 weeks then it went away for a few weeks. Now its back but less severe (ie nausea but no vomiting)

Midwife reckons it's a bug. I can't keep water down if I have too much at once. So just gonna sip and suck ice but if it gets worse she said I can go to birthing suite and get checked by a doc. I'll see how I go over the next 24hrs. I really feel for women who are sick like this ALL through pregnancy cos of morning sickness.

Maybe try some icypoles too. I know it's cold, but just to get a bit of sugar too, and it might be easier to keep it down?

    Hope you're feeling better soon.
