    What Carrier?

    Hi Girls,

i am looking at getting a carrier for our new bub, but we are also travelling to Bali in October with our DS who will be 20 months old. So i was thinking maybe we should try and get a carrier for the bali trip that hubby can back carrier our DS in if we need to keep control of him.

Any suggestions? i think the Mei Tei looks like a possiblity..??

Checkout a Didymos Didytai. It's made of woven wrap fabric and can be used from newborn to about 2 years of age.
Wrap Em and Tinoki both stock them. We love our aqua waves one :-)
Eta- it's a German version on a Mei tai

Yep, a mei tai or a soft-structured carrier would probably be easiest with a 20 month old.

has anyone used a Boba 3G carrier or one of the Beco carriers.. either the Gemini or the Soleiel i think its called? These *look* okay online and from what i have read, but i am not sure any are available in store in Brisbane so wondering if any one on BB has used IRL?

edit - ive also seen good reviews of the Beco Butterfly, but not sure if these are still sold?

You could go to a Babywearing meet and try some. They're nice people, someone would probably even lend you something. I'll PM you.
