Should I feel movement all over by now?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this. It might be because I have a posterior placenta. I never feel movement on the upper left side of my belly, either on the inside or the outside (i.e. feeling belly protruding with my hands). I'm about 31 weeks pregnant and it's been like that since I can remember. I started feeling movement at 20 weeks.

I was very similar this pregnancy (I'm currently 38 weeks). And I put it down to my placenta. My ob actually warned me that I wouldn't feel much as the placenta was blocking a lot. I can't remember when it changed.. Was definitely 30-something weeks.
