Dinner catering companies - Perth WA

Hi, I would like to help my sister out by ordering some home cooked meals to be delivered, does anyone have any recommendations? They are in North Perth, WA and yet I am in Sydney so don't know about any local providers. Ideally it would be best if the meals were either cooked then frozen, so she can use them whenever it suits, and food won't go off or be wasted. Any ideas? TIA!!

My elderly neighbour uses Home Chef. I don't have any personal recommendation sorry. I also see their vans around our area a bit. If they deliver where I am, then they should also do North Perth.
