Time mainly. Heat will help a bit and maybe an anti inflammatory cream/gel (over the counter at chemist). I've used an infared heat lamp from a friend for strains and the chiropractor says they do work so if you know anyone with one, try that.
Help, I pulled an abdominal muscle today at pole dancing. It's so sore when I move, cough etc.
