Where have my symptoms gone?

I'm 6 weeks tomorrow and so far I have had sore boobs, heartburn, tiredness, nausea. But yesterday and today they have all seemed to stop, I'm not due for my ultrasound until 31st march. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing??

congratulations on your pregnancy hun. all pregnancies are different but from my experience symptoms come & go. some days you get nothing, some days you get hit with everything. i know it's hard not to worry . good luck for your ultrasound

Congrats. I remember days like that when I wished for morning sickness so I knew things were ok. Try and relax and stay positive. Good luck for your scan
