    Boxing bag use

I got given a set of 3 boxing bags for Mother's Day a heavy one , one with 2 elastic a either side and one higher up with a wooden ring above it

Is there somewhere online that has a simple tutorial of how to use them properly I've not had much success looking on google and you tube cause I'm not sure exactly what to call them

    What are their names?
Do you know if any sites?
    Any tips?

    Here's what I would do:

    1. Hang
    2. Attach picture of the person/place/thing that is really ****ing me off
    3. Go my hardest!

    LOL

No idea what's the deal with the second and third ones lol.

But when DH was in primary school he had issues with a bully, so his parents bought him a big heavy bag, and told him whenever it got to too much to go and let out all his frustrations on the bag. He spent a lot of time out in the shed lol.

My Mum got one when I still lived there, it was hung in the shed. I used to turn the music up loud and just go my hardest! Was very therapeutic at times.

Do you have gloves? You need gloves.
The 2 small bags are for speed and agility work - up high and in front of you.

Try searching boxing workouts on Pintrest.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VNWvvUV8y_A

Once you have punching down think about kicking. It uses the big muscles so you increase your heart rate faster and keep it up.

12 rounds on the heavy bag.

Round One: Get into your boxing stance and stand arms length from the bag. Chin down and hands up. Start with the simple jab on the bag for about thirty seconds, and then get into the one-two. Work on the one-two for another minute and thirty seconds. Rest thirty seconds.
Round Two: Start right away with the jab and intermittently throw the one-two. Work on this for the 2 minute round while making sure to have proper form. If you don’t have the technique, you won’t get the physique. Rest thirty seconds.
    Round Three: Jump rope.
Round Four: You are going to do walking lunges around the heavy bag. Make sure your knee does not pass your toe when lunging, when you come back to a standing position, do a straight kickback with the same leg you lunged with, alternate this until the bell rings. Rest thirty seconds.
Round Five: Back on the heavy bag. For a minute and thirty seconds throw the basic jab and one-two. For the last thirty seconds of the round throw continuous one-twos as you step around the bag. Left foot matches left hand and right foot matches right hand as you step around the bag. Rest thirty seconds.
Round Six: Grab that furniture to get going on your push-ups and dips. Alternate boxer push-ups with regular push-ups (elbows out wide). Do push-ups on the floor to build more strength. Do ten of each and then turn around with back toward furniture, grab edge and do dips, lowering your body down to the ground while keeping your legs straight. Do ten of these and then go back to the push ups. Alternate until the bell rings. Rest thirty seconds.
    Round Seven: Jump rope.
Round Eight: Heavy bag. Repeat round five.
    Round Nine: Repeat round four.
Round Ten: Jump rope. Try to jog in place as you jump rope.
    Round Eleven: Repeat round six.
Round Twelve: Heavy bag. Repeat round two.

    Re: Boxing bag use

I'm thinking walking on the spot instead of jump rope cause I'm not allowed to jump

I would strongly recommend a couple of boxing classes to make sure your technique is right. Even with the correct protective equipment, the wrong technique can cause injury.
