Mid cycle bleeding

Just wanting to know if anyone knows of causes of mid cycle bleeding?

I have never ever had it until today.

I know that ovulation can cause mid cycle bleeding as can implantation ( this is so not the case for me as I have had a tubal ligation) but does anyone know of any other causes?

I'm a little concerned only due to the fact that I've never had any type of mid cycle bleeding/spotting until now.

I had mid cycle bleeding for the first time this cycle too! Totally curious what's going on with me too. Although I'm putting it down to breastfeeding, I'm secretly (or not so!) hoping AF stays away for a good reason

I have only had mid cycle bleeding once in my life, in my case it was ovulation and Buster arrived 9 months later. Hence why I still remember it!

Stress and other factors can also cause this too
