    Joint pain after birth....

So it's been five months since DD was born, I started getting knee pain a couple of months ago, and it just doesn't seem to be gong away. I think the up and down off the couch to feed etc it wearing my poor knees out. Now my hip joints seem to be getting sore too... It feels like it's getting worse, not better.

I've read it can be normal up to 9 months, but I'm concerned that I'm walking and moving differently and I'm worried it will heal incorrectly. So what can I do about it? What sort of professional could give me some tips? Do you have any tips for me?

No help here but I do remember my body tightening up again at about the 6 month mark. I would be heading to the gp personally

I went to an Osteopath and she had me good as new after 2 sessions!

I see a physio. relaxin levels can be higher for up to 12 months post baby. Learning how to move to support the joints can reduce the chance of injury
