How to turn baby head down and increase amniotic fluid

The subject is pretty much what I am after...

Totally selfish reasons - I had a non-diagnostic scan today and missy was head up into my ribs snuggled into the placenta.

The lady said it would be good to get more amniotic fluid and bubby head down before my next scan in a week...

So hit me with your ideas

My SIL is Chiropractor and is trained in the Webster technique which can turn a baby from breech into head down positon. You would have to research if a Chiro in your aread can do this move. A friend of mine used moxa sticks to help turn her breech baby.

As for increasing amniotic fluid, as far as I am aware, you need to keep well hydrated with plently of rest. I don't think there is anything you can do to increase the fluid as such.

Check out 'spinning babies' online for turning bub. As for more amniotic fluid, I'm pretty there's nothing you can do to actually increase it yourself. Good luck, I hope everything is ok for you and baby.

So I did spinning baby excerise almost every day...

But it has been no luck so far, went back to precious previews and she was still very much snuggled into my placenta... Breech - playing with her toes...

I think I might have to look around for a good chiro!

I was in the same situation. No amniotic fluid and a breech baby. Although I had very very low amniotic fluid with the non breech baby too.
I swear every time I did the moxa thing the baby went mental and was so active!
Rest for the amniotic fluid and stay hydrated, but you can't increase it. You can just make sure you slow the rate of loss.
