Hi guys and gals,
I am applying for a new job and am addressing the selection criteria. BUT, it has a huge amount of selection criteria in the personal attributes section. 16 criteria on personal attributes! It seems crazy to me. Usually I address each one separately but I am tempted to combine some on this one.
Does anyone have any advice? It is in the higher education field.

I applied for a job with a similarly long list of criteria recently. I could see relations between many of them and it made much more sense to me to group them together and address clusters of criteria at a time. I made sure I addressed each one in some way still but focused more on the clusters of criteria as units. I ended up getting the job so I guess it worked out well. The job I applied to was sort of liaising between higher and secondary education, selection committee were all higher education types though.
