Long story short I have just recovered from the full blown flu and now I have gastro. Have been holding out on the vomiting. Took some gastro stop tablets and they have worked, but I am sooo lethargic. I'm drinking water, but I feel like I need food except food makes me feel absolutely terrible
Has anyone got any recommendations on what I can do/drink to feel any better?
Yep ORS - you can make your own 6 teaspoons of sugar + 1/2 teaspoon of salt to 1 liter of water.
Half and half water and apple juice also help. And this is one of the times where sports drinks can actually be rather useful especially if they have magnesium salts.
