still in pain 15 months after birth

Not sure if this is in the right spot or not, but has anyone else had pain 15months after giving birth? I had an episiotomy plus a 3rd degree tear requiring surgery after a failed vacuum attempt and forceps delivery. I still have pain where my epi was and struggle with sex with discomfort inside too. I have now been discharged from physio and wondering what to try next.

I had problems with my episiotomy scar for a few years, but they cleared up on their own. I think it was about 5 years before I felt I had fully recovered. But I had mostly recovered within 2 years, just a few things that were painful at that point.

:-( yeah Razz, with DD I had pain for at least 2 years - no episiotomy just 3C tearing. No pain internally though for me. I don't have any answers, I had no medical professional to turn to and have been told there's no such thing as physio after birth (go figure!). The pain eased obviously, but it took such a long time.

Thanks girls, i am just finding it really hard. I have started anti depressant/anti anxiety medication because it has just got me so low. I have no sex drive cos i worry about it hurting all the time but want to get it back so i can be a bit more back to normal for me and my fiance. I even won't wear certain underwear cos i cam't bear being touched there.
