Electric Frypans- Temperature converions

With only heat settings from 1-10, what do you do when you have instructions to cook food such as at 180 degrees, do you just guess or is there some hard n fast comversion list that you swear by?

Well, 180 degrees is about Moderate oven temp.
So I would assume, it would be around 5-7 for settings???
