Mel (Gudism) is due to have her VBAC in less than two weeks time so I thought we had better get her cheer squad started

It's really important for VBAC to have the support behind you so here you go Mel, just for you

YOU CAN DO IT!!!

You are going to have a fantastic birth in a few weeks time & you'll be wondering what the big deal was. And besides that, no matter how it goes you'll get to meet a gorgeous little bubba who will love you no matter how it arrives into the outside world.

Mel - You are going to be brilliant!!! You will have an empowered and beautiful birth, and will be meeting your new little one so soon!!!!

I thought I would add some affirmations for you - even though I am sure you have them already!

I trust my body.
My belly is full of light and love.

My cervix is firm and strong to hold my baby safe.
There is no need for us to hurry.

I am strong and calm and beautiful.

You have all the support you need - supportive husband, supportive doula, supportive OB and supportive hospital.
Not long to go now until your blissful water VBAC. I'm getting so excited for you and I can't wait to hear all about it!
