blood tinged mucus at 26w4d

can anyone help?
i've noticed a couple of times when i've wiped myself after going to the loo, some lightly blood tinged mucus. it's not enough to have me rushing off to the dr, and only happened occasionally. it hasn't been following anything in particular like DTD and i'm having no pain other than BH. i'm just wondering what it might be? any thoughts would be appreciated, i'm not panicking, but then maybe i should be worried?
i'm almost into 3rd tri, so hope it's ok to post here.

Cate I would mention it at your next appointment. hopefully it is just a little tear from DTD that is having trouble healing due to the increased blood flow in the region.

I get that as well. Usually only when I have been straining to have a bowel movement.
