is this safe during pregnancy? i am pretty sure it is cause it says its suitable for breastfeeding mothers. the ingredients are listed as 600mg panadol, sucrose, saccharin, sodium....
It's fine hun, I think that if you take 2 normal Panadol capusles it is the same amount of paracetemol, maybe just double check but I had it when I had a shocking head cold earlier this year while pg.... sooo good with a spoon of honey it in too. Hope you are feeling better soon.
AJC - I don't have a lemon, but I have that lemon juice cooking stuff (yes my description is wonderful) in the cupboard... and I have a shocking head cold... would it work the same you think?
Gudism - I guess you could use it. I doubt the nutritional content would be as high as a fresh lemon (and it might be a bit sweeter) but it would probably at least make you feel better. I would just add it tablespoon at a time & taste it. Not familiar with how concentrate it is.
Hope you are feeling better soon too. Nothing worse is there.
Hollo, being panadol brand, which is paracetamol, I'd imagine it'd be fine!
If you don't need/want the pain relief, then I'm another who loves honey/lemon tea, mmm. I suppose the panadol drink is the same as taking 2 panadol with your cup of tea.
My OB told me it was fine, as long as you dont take panadol as well as the drink. Just make sure you read the directions and don't overdose yourself on it. lol
