trainee doula needed in melbourne

Hi ladies just wondering if anyone can offer some advice??

I am looking for a trainee doula in melbourne who is available in mid-late november. I contacted two by email off the trainee doula page and havent had a reply off either, so does that likely mean that they are no longer trainees. I made sure that there communication on the system was fairly current like in the last month or two. So i'm a little surprised. Does anyone know of a trainee in melbourne who may be interested?

Hi Pollyanna,

I am definately interested. I am a student doula and have just about finished the course but need to find my mums to assist during their births.

I am a mother of 4, nurse, and work part time in a post natal ward in a private hospital in Melbourne. I have also applied to study midwifery next year. This is a passion of mine but I wanted to wait until my own kids were not so reliant on me so I could be sure to give this the time and commitment it needs.
