    When did you stop wrapping/swaddling?

Just curious as Dylan used to like it but lately seems to find it annoying sometimes but comforting at other times. We have a sleep bag but haven't tried it yet...

Donella - we still wrap Louis at times. Mostly now he likes his arms out but thats only probably the last 2 weeks or so...

I'll be using those sleeping bag things when the weather cools down.

I never used to wrap them much (Lindsay was a summer bub anyway) but they all liked to have their hands out all the time, so after about 3wks I gave up and just used their sleeping bag. These are great and i used it all the time.

Jenna is nearly 9 months and is still wrapped in a cot sheet, but I leave her arms free. She breaks out of it by morning, and has usually turned the other way around in the cot, so we are about to start her in Grobags, but I just feel when her legs are wrapped up, she knows its bed time.

I stopped wrapping Hunter, full time, when he lost the 'startle reflex' at around 6 weeks. I do still use wrapping as a settling technique on the odd ocasion though.....

yasin liked being wrapped until about 7 months and he still likes his old muslin wrap as a comforter.

We stopped wrapping James at 10 weeks.

But I am thinking of starting again just as a settling straegy ... seems when he wakes up on his back he can't seem to put himself back to sleep anymore.

Indah is still wrapped too, as she loves pulling her own hair & wakes herself up when it is pulled too hard! ](*,) ](*,)

Lol I never wrapped Ryley- from the day after he was born he would cry if swaddled (go figure?? Independant from birth!!)

I found out he didnt like it coz when he was swaddled he would cry then i would un-swaddle him and he would be fine
