Careful with the lemsip. It contains paracetamol so you need to watch it if you are taking panadol as well.

The Brauer's homeopathics are good...you could also try some eucalyptus oil in a bowl of hot water with a towel over your head.
Honey and lemon tea will help your throat.
Nothing worse than being sick and pregnant! Hope you feel better soon Antheia.

Oh hun you poor thing. You can take fess nasal spray for your sinus. If it does turn into an infection there are some antibiotics that you can take when pregnant.

Look after yourself. Plenty of rest (if that is at all possible)

It must be going aroud Newie as I too have this so can empathise with you dear.

Ive stocked up on lemons and are having my fifth lemon/honey tea for the day. It really sooths the throat.

Doing the vicks in the bowl trick before bed and a nice hot steamy shower upon waking to clear things out so I don't feel so 'bluuurrr' in the morning.

Not sure if it's a coincidence or not but I've also been vomitting with mine too. It's different to m/s feeling for me tho ???

Hope we both feel better soon.

I had it really bad a couple of months ago. What REALLY helped me was garlic tablets. Cleared it up within 2 days! Feel better soon!
