now a 5am waker, any suggestions?

our DD is 9 months old. it is not too bad she wakes us up at 5am in our bed (crawling around our heads, heehee), she is a co-sleeper. she used to sleep in until 7am, any reason why she would be waking at 5am now? she does go to bed a little earlier now (7.30pm, used to be 8.30pm) and she cut out the late night dreamfeed. just curious.

If you feed her at 5am, will she go back to sleep? Sometimes my DS will sleep through until 6:30 or 7 - but other days he wakes at 5 (no rhyme or reason to it that I can see!). I just give him a feed & cuddle him in bed & he generally falls back to sleep until 7 or so (sometimes takes a bit of patting & cuddling to get him back to sleep)

we too do the snacking/snoozing thing as DD wakes at a similar hour but will generally have another little nap or two after a Bfeeding little snack and cuddle (ahhh the benefits of cosleeping for a lazy mum who likes her sleep ins!)
