Bringing up clear liquid?

Howdy - question for you all...

Miss M has started (within the last couple of days) bringing up some clear liquid - she has silent reflux and is on drops for that - and hasn't brought up milk for ages - and now she has started to bring up.. well it just looks like water!!

It doesn't bother her, actually she has been really happy lately and still sleeping through the night.

She feeds basically every 3 hours during the day (and is FF).

Does anyone know what this is? She had some water on Sunday because she got a bit sunburnt and it was quite hot, and she was unsettled, and it helped her go off to sleep. But hasn't had any since then.

Any ideas? Is it just excess drool or something??

Never happened with DS - so I'm a bit clueless...

My DS does this as well, probably once or twice every couple of days. For some reason its often after a nap as I change his nappy! Go figure.

But just like your LO, it doesn't seem to bother him at all. Its just like a happy spit-up, but totally clear, like water or drool.

I've wondered why he does it too, but I haven't worried since he is otherwise happy and healthy. I will be curious to see if anyone has any answers!

My 4 month old does this too but I just put it down to the amount of excess saliva he is producing atm!
He swallows alot for saliva and I figured it must come back up...he is always happy when he spits it up! So I'm not too worried!!!
