    toddler bed, help needed

hi there, just wondering if anyone puts a foam underlay underneath their little one's sheet/mattress protector. my DD needs something soft as her mattress is a bit hard, at the moment i have a really thick blanket folded up underneath her sheet but of course it is so hard to make. anyone buy a foam underlay from clark rubber or anything? suggestions would be great thanks!!

Im not too sure about a foam underlay but we have a woolen underlay that is fitted under Izzy's. Makes it cooler in summer and warmer in winter - we have one on our bed too. It would definitely make it a bit softer, but I think most kids mattresses are firm for SIDS reasons. I also had one for her cot that was fitted. HtH!

We got a toddler bed from IKEA and they sold a nice comfy mattress protector with it, cos otherwise the springs are a bit too.. hard...

I got a fluffy mattress protector from target> IT's for a single bed I think, but it still fits cot mattress, just extra material. I had tried everything, this seems the best so far. xo

My mum got a foam overlay from Clark Rubber that has like an egg carton-like shaped side that makes it very comfortable - I hope that makes sense?
