Toddler Diarrhoea

Has anyone heard of this? I took my DD to the Dr. the other day because at 28 months she still doesnt do normal 'adult' poos they are always pretty runny and gross (sorry TMI). The Dr. said that she has Toddler Diarrhoea and that it is quite normal, nothing wrong with her and as her small bowel matures it will right itself.

I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this and how long it took for it to come good and turn into normal poo? I would like to TT but am a bit concerned about the potential for huge mess.
