Sleeps on stomach now that he can roll over at 4.5m. should i worry?

    Hi Guys,

DS has just started to roll over in the past two days and now has taken to sleeping on his stomach. Knowing all the SIDS recommendations where they do not recommend babies sleeping on their tummy, I'm a little worried.

    any advice or comments?

He is in a grobag so I'm not worried about being tangled up in blankets as such, just worried about the position.

    help?

well Ashton has slept on his tummy from day dot. He can roll too and I haven't worried about it If the bub wants tummy, and it's the only way I could sleep, I just let him. All my boys have been tummy sleepers though so maybe that's why I am not so worried about it

Jules, my ds started sleeping on his tummy at this age too. I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you're following the guidelines of having nothing in his cot but him- no pillows or toys to get his face in. Can't keep them on their back forever....
