Headaches!!!!

hey

i have always suffered from migraines ( cluster headaches) and i get alot of hormonal headaches. I have a headache right now and i know that if i dont take something for it, it will turn into a very bad migrain

so i am wondering can i take something that has codeine (sp?) in it???
the headache pills i usually take have 10mg of codeine and paracetomol in it.
i know i have to avoid anything that has ibuprophen(sp?) in it and thats not a problem cos the pills i usually take dont have that in it.

so is it ok to take my normal headache pills??

Panadine is safe in pg. Codiene on it's own is not recommended but in conjunction with parcetamol it is fine.

M2C - When I saw my ob last week, he told me that Panadol, Panadeine and even Panadeine Forte are ok to take in pregnancy - obviously within reason! Hope you're feeling better soon hun xo

codeine is ok to take when you are pregnant. Don't excede the reccomended dose
